Request Account/Data Deletion Steps
If you’d like to permanently delete your Koach Hub account and all associated data, or remove specific data points, please follow the steps given below.
Information Collected:
Name
Email
Phone Number (Optional)
Emergency Contact Details (Optional)
Date of Birth (Optional)
Height (Optional)
Weight (Optional)
Guardians Name
Medical Information (Optional)
How Your Data is Deleted
When a request to delete the account comes through, the corresponding account will undergo a soft deletion and the details will be maintained in our backups for two weeks, after which the data will be permanently erased.
Submit Your Request
- Navigate to https://koachhub.com/contact-us/gl/
- Fill out the given form:
- Full Name:
- Club Name: (Add in your “Club ID”)
- Email Address:
(Type in your “Email Address” and “Full Name’ associated with your Koach Hub account) - InquiryType: Select “User Account/Data Deletion”
- Message: Type in a request to delete the corresponding account. The following is a sample template you can use: “Please delete my account in the Koach Hub mobile app associated with the email address: test@gmail.com“
- Click “Submit“
NOTE: Upon the deletion of your account, you will no longer have access to your user account and its data.
